1. Purpose of this Policy
This policy explains how SRAN FITNESS GYM handles membership cancellation and refund requests. Read it with the Terms & Conditions.
It is published so members and people making an enquiry can see the process before they contact the gym. It does not replace the terms confirmed with you at enrolment.
2. Membership Fees
Membership prices are not listed on this website. A refund can relate only to an amount you actually paid to SRAN FITNESS GYM for a membership or service the gym confirmed with you.
3. Enquiries Are Not Purchases
The contact form and the membership enquiry form do not take payment. Sending a form does not create a refund right, because no purchase has been made through the website.
A membership starts only after the gym confirms availability, the fee and the terms, and you choose to proceed.
4. Membership Purchase and Cancellation
When you join, ask the gym to confirm the fee, the validity period, what is included, the hours of access, and the cancellation condition that applies to that membership.
5. Refund Request Procedure
Email support@sranfitnessgym.in with the subject Membership Refund Request. Include your name, mobile number, the membership you joined, the amount you paid, a payment reference if you have one, and the reason for the request.

We may ask for enough detail to match the request to a payment received by the gym. We will not ask you to send a card PIN, UPI PIN or one-time password.
6. Membership Validity
A membership is valid for the period confirmed when you join. Unused days are not automatically refundable.
Whether any unused period can be refunded depends on the condition confirmed at enrolment and on the rights you have under applicable law.
7. Applicable Refund Conditions
A request is considered against the terms you agreed, the amount paid, whether the service was available to you, and any legal right that cannot be waived.
This policy does not say that every payment is refundable. It also does not say that every payment is non-refundable. The outcome depends on the confirmed membership terms and on Indian law.
8. Non-refundable Charges
If a particular charge cannot be refunded, the gym will say so when your request is reviewed, and will point to the condition that was confirmed at enrolment.
9. Processing Time
An approved refund is returned by a reasonable method based on how you paid. The gym will tell you which method will be used before the refund is sent.
